HIGH-FLOW ROOF FAN WITH VERTICAL DISCHARGE AND INSULATION
High-flow roof fan with vertical discharge, made of aluminum, with an outer casing insulated with rock wool.
CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS
• High-power extractor, optimized design with high-efficiency steel backward-curved impeller with self-cleaning system.
• Standard asynchronous motor with IP-55 protection and Class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 400V 50Hz three-phase motors.
• Resistant to demanding environments: corrosion-resistant aluminum casing and steel impeller.
• Completely rainproof.
• Optimized outlet flow design for efficient vertical discharge.
• Incorporates 100 kg/m³ rock wool insulation between the inner centrifugal fan and the outer vertical discharge casing.
• The insulation helps reduce the thermal transmission of the assembly and limit the thermal bridge effect in rooftop installations.
• The presence of rock wool also contributes to the acoustic attenuation of the assembly.
• Thermal bridge classification TB4 according to DIN EN 1886. This classification evaluates the thermal behavior of the casing against thermal bridges.
APPLICATIONS
Specially designed for roof installation, with vertical discharge.
• Smoke extraction.
• Air renewal in buildings and industries.
• Commercial kitchen hoods.
• Cinemas.
• Rooftop applications where better thermal integration of the equipment and reduction of the thermal bridge effect are required.
• Suitable for moving air at temperatures up to 120ºC with integrated air outlets for motor cooling. Maximum ambient temperature: 60ºC.
