• Z140 hot-dip galvanised steel profiles internal supporting structure; construction according to EN1886, mechanical strength class D1.
• Sandwich panel outer casing, 25 mm thick, 6/10 thick steel sheet; Z140 hot galvanized inner sheets, prepainted RAL 9010 outer sheets covered with PVC protective film. Internal insulation by high density polyurethane foam (40 kg/m3).
• Air tightness guaranteed by a particularly adaptable and resilient neoprene gasket.
• Panels that can be opened, tightened by thrust screws that ensure an adequate and constant pressure on the seals.
• Condensate collection tank in stainless steel AISI 304 (EURONORM 1.4301), internally inclined to facilitate drainage, at the areas subject to condensation.
• Aluminium counter-current cross-flow heat exchanger, whose efficiency, certified by Eurovent, exceeds the requirements set by the Ecodesign Regulation N,1253/2014/EU.
• Automatically controlled by-pass damper (100% of air flow rate) to achieve the free-cooling and free-heating functions required by Ecodesign regulations.
• 1 filter ePM10 60% (M5) in extraction and 1 filter ePM1 55% (F7) in delivery, both mounted on rails with gaskets for effective sealing and placed upstream of the internal components to ensure adequate protection.
Extraction ePM1 55% (F7), delivery ePM1 80% (F9), recovery ISO Coarse 45% (G4) and recovery ISO Coarse 40% (G2), available as accessories.
• Independently controllable fans, consisting of galvanized steel centrifugal impellers, of the forward blade type with aerodynamic profile, statically and dynamically balanced, directly coupled to electronically switched motors (EC brushless), thermally protected and regulated by modulating signal 0-10V.
• Electronic suite, including temperature probes at the external air intake and ambient air intake, which oversees the operation of the machine. The user interface consists of a remote control panel with LCD display. The installed microcontroller allows the independent setting of the speeds of the two fans, the automatic opening/ closing of the motorized by-pass damper mounted at the heat exchanger, the seasonal change summer/ winter, the programming of the operation by time slots as well as, through a pair of differential pressure switches fitted as standard, the constant monitoring of the status of the filters and the activation of any alarm signal in case of non-maintenance.
• Possibility to manage a battery (optional) after treatment with hot or cold water, controlled by a modulating valve 3-way (optional), managed by ambient air recovery probe.
• Integration into the most modern home automation systems via RS485 serial port, supplied as standard, Modbus communication protocol.
